Stay Safe Guidelines

Guest Policies (overnight/day)

  • At this time we ask that if you have any of the following symptoms, or have had a recent exposure to COVID you stay home: fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; diarrhea

  • Masks are not required in the retreat center, but are required during wellness treatments.


Additional Safety Measures

  • Any guest that exhibits signs of illness or COVID-19 symptoms upon arrival will not be allowed to check-in. If symptoms begin during their stay, they must be asked to leave and return home if possible.

  • We ask that guests sanitize their hands at the sanitation station located at the front door upon entering.


Dining

  • Meals at Setu are plated and cooked to order. We are no longer boxing meals. Dining is served in the dining room and sun room.


Yoga and Meditation

  • We are offering sound meditation, as well as yoga, no restrictions apply aside from those listed in our general guest requirements section above.
