Join us on Sunday, October 27th from 1-3pm for a workshop by Larry Hobbs—long-time practitioner and KPJAYI authorized level II Ashtanga yoga teacher—as he discusses his experience maintaining an Ashtanga yoga practice through numerous injuries, how his practice has changed throughout time, as well as tips for adjusting your practice intelligently. All ages and levels are welcome.
