This series will introduce you to the Mysore Ashtanga Vinyasa system of yoga—a unique, traditional Indian method of yoga that utilizes a set sequence of poses, individualized instruction, and a focus on the breath as a tool for overall wellness. An introduction to Yoga philosophy will also be included.
This series is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as more experienced practitioners who are interested in the Mysore Ashtanga method. Modifications will be offered as needed.
