Join us and our Mysore Yoga Program students for class on Friday morning. Open to all abilities, this vinyasa class will take us through the primary series up to the seated postures. This is a great intro class for those wishing to drop-in once in a while, for those considering the Mysore program, or for those who are seasoned practitioners.
Class Includes: asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath work), and Sanskrit chanting.
