Ayurveda Fundamentals Day-long ReTreat

Curious to know more about the tradition of Ayurvedic Health? On the second weekend of November we will be delving into the basics of Indian health science, learning topics including: body constitution, healthy daily routines, and seasonal variance. An interactive session with an Ayurvedic doctor based in Mysore, India will take place on Saturday morning, when she will Skype with us from India. Participants will also have access to daily yoga classes, as well as an evening sound healing session. There will also be limited number of spots available for a traditional Ayurvedic (abhyanga) massage, which will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

7:30am Yoga

9:00am Shower & Relax Before Breakfast

9:30 Breakfast

11:00 am Featured Event: Intro to Ayurveda w/ Dr. Padmini -Raganthan from Mysore India (joins us via Skype)

1:00 pm free time (get food, enjoy the hot tub, take massage, enjoy the grounds)

3:00-4:30pm Featured Event: Your spice cabinet…cooking for the season

4:30-6:00 free time ( enjoy our hot tub/take massage)

6:00 Indian Ayurvedic Dinner

6:30pm Sound Meditation w/ pranayama

Please note: We also have Ayurvedic Abhyanaga (massage) treatments available. Space is limited, and must be booked online before October 26th. Fee separate.
