New Year, New Experiences

We're throwing an amazing multi-day New Year's event with senior Ashtanga teachers who've spent decades teaching and learning traditional yoga methods, classical Indian arts, Ayurvedic massage, Indian Bhangra dancing taught Punjabi Style (with a big smile) and much more! Make this new year one full of new thoughts, deep experiences, and lots of laughs! Schedule of happenings will be released in early October.

AYurveda Fundamentals Weekend

January 31-Feb 2

Curious to know more about the tradition of Ayurvedic Health? On the second weekend of November we will be delving into the basics of Indian health science, learning topics including: body constitution, healthy daily routines, and seasonal variance. An interactive session with an Ayurvedic doctor based in Mysore, India will take place on Saturday morning, when she will Skype with us from India. Participants will also have access to daily yoga classes, as well as an evening sound healing session. There will also be limited number of spots available for a traditional Ayurvedic (abhyanga) massage, which will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Annual Family Winter Retreat 2020

February 14-17 2020

Join Sētu this February for a family-style, Vermont retreat complete with rooms that overlook the mountains; morning yoga sessions complete with Sanskrit chanting and evening sound healing as well as a variety of daytime activities ranging from becoming a spectator at an Olympic qualifying ski jumping competition to experiencing circus training at a school established by Cirque du Soleil performers. Plus, one night of kids-only programming–allowing parents to sneak away and enjoy a couples massage, view the evening stars from the hot tub, or enjoy a farm-to-table dinner out on the town.
