Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

220-Hour Ayurveda Immersion Program

Refund & Cancelation Policy:

There is a $285.00 application fee that is non-refundable which will be applied as a credit for the full Program cost.  Should you need to cancel your plans to attend our Program you will not be issued a refund for the $285.00 application fee. Any other fees you pay towards the program will be refunded per the schedule below:

  • 42+ calendar days before the program starts, none of the deposit is refundable. Any program fees paid will be refunded less a $50 processing fee.

  • 1 to 42 calendar days before the program starts none of the deposit is refundable and program fees will not be refunded. If you would like the program fees transferred to the next 220-hour Ayurveda Immersion, you will need to obtain approval from management and $50 transfer fee.

  • No credit or refund is available if you cancel on your arrival day, do not show up, or leave a program, training, or accommodation early.

  • Should you need to transfer from the hybrid model to the fully remote model due to COVID-19 related circumstances, you are able to switch to the fully remote option. If you do so before the start of the program, housing fees paid will be held for one year from the date of issue and can be used towards R&R stays. If you do so after the start of the program, housing fees will not be held or transferable unless you receive consent from management.

  • Should you wish to transfer from fully remote to the hybrid model, please contact management to determine if in-person slots are available, and to work out a customized rate for housing fees depending on the time of transfer. You will need to pay a $50 transfer fee.

Payment Policy

You must choose one of the following two options below to reserve your spot in the training.

  • Payment Option 1: Pay in full during our registration phone call.

  • Payment Option 2: Pay in two installments. First installment of (50% of your program fee) is due during our registration phone call. The remaining balance is due August 1, 2021. To complete the second payment, we use the credit card on file. If the amount is not paid by August 1st, you will lose your space in the program. The deadline for Option 2 is June 19th.

  • Credit Cards VISA/MASTERCARD (participant required to pay processing fee)

  • Personal Checks (preferred)
